Welcome to the Kansas City Southern Company Store. If you have a time sensitive request, please contact us ASAP at the email address or phone number below.  

We ship standard UPS Ground, USPS, or FedEx Ground.  You will receive an email notification confirming you placed an order and when your order ships.  

If you are ordering items for a client or using a corporate card, please ensure you have received manager approval before purchasing items. 

When will I receive my item(s)?

Orders placed will be fulfilled within 3-5 days.

Return Policy

There are no returns. All sales are final.

This item is a stocked item and will ship within 2 days of placing an order plus transit time for shipping (3-5 days).
