FAQ

Welcome to the Kansas City Southern Company Store.  Please allow 2 weeks for delivery on custom embroidered merchandise.  If you have a time sensitive request, please contact us ASAP at the email address or phone number below.  

We ship standard UPS Ground.  You will receive an email notification confirming you placed an order and when your order ships.  

If you are ordering items for a client or using a corporate card, please ensure you have received manager approval before purchasing items. 

When will I receive my item(s)?

Orders placed will be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks.

Return Policy

There are no returns. All sales are final.

Apparel

The apparel items are custom made and have a longer lead time of 7-10 days plus transit time for shipping (3-5 days).

All Other Items

This item is a stocked item and will ship within 2 days of placing an order plus transit time for shipping (3-5 days).
